hmm don’t quite agree with this… “repeat these steps for at least another day before eating bigger meals again” you shouldn’t deprive yourself after a binge day. that’s the worst thing you can do! you’re going to be more likely to binge again! having JUST spinach&egg whites probably won’t even come up to 100 calories. that’s not enough to fuel you for your day is it? special k isn’t very healthy either. the day after a binge HAVE A NORMAL DAY! DON’T LIMIT YOUR FOOD INTAKE.
